Langhans – A Last Documentary (Langhans – Ein letzter Dokumentarfilm)
Langhans – A Last Documentary is a hybrid film blending documentary and surreal fiction, featuring Uschi Obermaier, Balthazar Getty, and — for the first time — Rainer Langhans’ family and closest companions. With previously unseen archival material, this visual and satirical spectacle explores the life of one of the most iconic figures of the German 1968 movement, tracing his personal and spiritual journey beyond the myth. A film with and about Rainer Langhans, who stumbles through the surreal episodes as a performer in his own story — a search for both the media persona and the private man behind the legend.
